    Pros:
The torque values (nobody ever realizes how useful these are until they need them)
    Tool sizes
    Clear camera angles
    Cons:
Not cleaning the rim of the arm head (forgot how it's called, non-native speaker here), the place where the rotor attaches to the car. That's also a place where the metals can seize together.
Use of an impact wrench and impact driver. An example without them would've been much appreciated, especially around those caliper bolts and torx screws. A+ for garage instructions, B- for the average Joe on fixing his own car.
    Personal notes
Taking the wheel off while the car was in the air was kind of dangerous. Experienced hands can get away with it but common folk should not do it. Then again, not many common folk have car lifts.
Some people swear by copper grease, others curse it. It would've been better to use a zinc based or ceramic dielectric antiseize due to risks of galvanic corrosion. Aluminium antiseize is also an option but I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Some rust and one hot spark later and you may have a mother of a thermite reaction.

Do you have bleed the brake fluid as it looks like you opened the brake fluid container under the bonnet?

We opened the brake fluid container under the hood to make it easier to press the calliper piston.
